What do I do if I can't access my Access Granted textbook through Hypothesis?
Problem
A student gets a message that they don’t have access to their Access Granted textbook while using Hypothesis.
Solution
Before attempting to annotate the textbook through Hypothesis, students must verify that they can access the textbook through the Access Granted link.
In the Blackboard course, access your textbook through the Access Granted link. This opens VitalSource (the company UA uses to administer e-books).
Then navigate to the Hypothesis assignment link, and open your text book through that link.
Students should be able to access their textbook through Hypothesis after they open it once outside of Hypothesis.
