Install Panopto on a Personal/Work Computer

Instructions

For a new installation of Panopto, follow these steps.

  1. Enter your Blackboard course or go to alabama.hosted.panopto.com if you’re not using Blackboard.

  2. In Blackboard, in the course menu on the left side of your course, select Course Videos. This will open the Panopto video interface.

  3. Click on Create at the top, then Record Video.

  4. A pop-up window will give you the option to download Panopto on your device. Click the Download Panopto button.

  5. Run the installer to complete the installation.
