How do I track attendance with Microsoft Teams?

Learn who attended your meeting, what time each person joined and left, and more. The person that initiates the meeting(s) will have the option to see the Attendance tab to view these details.

Instructions

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.

  2. Sign in with your myBama username and password.

  3. On the left menu, choose Calendar.

  4. Then double-click the meeting to open the meeting details.

  5. Click on the Attendance tab at the top. You can view the data directly in Teams.

Recurring Meetings

If you need to see attendance for recurring meetings, click on the Date dropdown to choose other dates in the series.
