How do I add a link to my OIRA Syllabus in Blackboard?

An OIRA/OSM Syllabus is created separately and must exist before a link to it can be added in Blackboard Learn. The OIRA/OSM Syllabus is connected to a single section in a given semester.
Instructions
Navigate to your Blackboard Course.
Navigate to the content area in which you want to place your syllabus. You can also create a new content area for your syllabus.
Click the Build Content button to reveal its drop-down menu
Select OIRA Syllabus Link.
Enter a title for your syllabus in the Title field. The link for your OIRA syllabus will automatically populate the URL field.
Click Submit.
If you get an error message after submitting, click OK. This process almost always works, despite an error.
